Pour les nouveaux arrivants ( et les autres ), je vous rappelle ces quelques règles :

- Pas de pseudos sur le serveur, on court sous son vrai nom.

- Pas de chat en qualifs, encore moins en course. On respecte les pilotes en piste, et on attend la fin de la session pour parler ou s'excuser si besoin.

- Grande prudence au départ, la course est longue, les voitures fragiles. Le replay du départ sera examiné après course, tout comportement trop dangereux sera sanctionné pour la prochaine course. La modération sera tout de même plus souple pour les nouveaux arrivants.

- Reglez votre voiture de façons à ce qu'elle ne fume ni en qualifications ni course. Des sanctions seront prises le cas échéant. Il est recommandé de mettre le radiateur au maximum pour la course, les voitures chauffent énormément sur la grille de départ, ne jouez pas de l'accelerateur à l'arrêt. N'oubliez pas qu'il y a un tour de formation.

Nous utiliserons le mod GP1979 Master Series V1.0.



Newcomers ( and others ), just keep in mind this few rules for the race :

- No nicknames on server, everybody race with his real name

- No chat during qualifying session and race. Please respect others drivers on the track, and wait for the end of the session to chat.

- Please be very careful at the start, the race is long, cars very sensitive to contacts. The start's replay will be carefully reviewed and there will be sanctions against wreckless drivers.
Nevertheless, we will take in consideration that newcomers haven't necessarily an experience of such races.

- Set up your car so it doesn't smoke during qualifying and race or you'll incur a sanction. It is higly recommended to set the radiator size at the maximum for the race, cars heat up in huge proportions on the starting grid. Don't play with hrottle when your car is stopped.
Dont forget there is a formation lap.

We will use the GP1979 Master Series V1.0 mod.

Ce sera, avec Monaco, la course la plus longue de l'année, près de 2 heures de courses. Donc allez y cool, patience, avec vos concurrents ou avec les lappés. La course ne se gagnera surement pas dans les premiers tours

This will be, along with Monaco, the longest race of the year, almost 2 hours long. So take it easy, patience, with your opponents or with lappers. You won't win the race in first laps

Its difficult to pass your opponent, so its important to be in front of them after the first laps

No that's wrong Jonny. You NEVER win a 2 hours race in first laps, especially on a difficult track like this. You got plenty of time to overtake somebody if you're faster than him. And you know, not everybody defends his position like you do.

Make a good qualifying time, drive safely in first laps in order not to go at the back of the field after spinning by hitting somebody, and you should have a good clean race.

You have to understand that Jonny, because it seems that's not what you did at Monza.

I'll normally be able to make it for this race, don't know though if I'll have enough fuel for the 73 laps

If you don't use max boost, there should be no problem I think.

Already since May lol;) In the end of november I´ll have my real driving licence, perhaps then I´ll drive like an old grandpa on track too

Je serai malheureusement absent pour cette course.

I just saw, that I only have to win the last two races of the season to be championship. It will be an interesting finish;)

I'm sorry but I don't know why, I can't access to my server with my IP adress, so I think this won't work for you too

Try to increase the number of servers the list show you. I can see my server each time with this line in my Multiplayer.ini :

Concurrent Server Updates="2000"

There are more and more rFactor servers each days, so with a low setting you won't be able to see lots of servers.

Just to make sure, when exactly is the server up for Montreal if it is 20:45 GMT+1? It is now 13:15 at my place, so the server is... after 6hours and 30minutes?
(We had winter time switched just a few days ago, so I'm a bit confused )

It's exactly 12.18 here when I post this message, so qualifying session will start in exactly 8 hours and 27 minutes

To be sure, set your forum time on GMT +1 in your forum options and you'll see this time at the top of the forum (just above all the sub categories).

j'ai un plantage reccurent quand je suis sur la piste de montreal et que je veux rentrer au stand en faisant ESC ...j'espere que ca ne le fera pas online
